Nick came out the same day I called (which was great due to the heat weave). He was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong, unfortunately we would have to replace our unit. They allowed us to use their portable AC unit until the parts came in to install the AC which was very kind. Great company, would recommend to anyone looking for repair or replacement.”
